Objective & Challenges

 

On March 8th, the world throws a spotlight on women, applauding every act of theirs, big or small. It is a beautiful celebration, but for us, the goal was different. We wanted to nudge the world to see these everyday acts not as extraordinary feats but as the remarkable strength women embody every day.

 

Creative Solution

 

Gave a pass to the usual “Women’s Day” praise. Instead, we crafted a story showcasing the everyday hustle women handle, serving as a reminder that we celebrate them #AajNahiRozHi.

 

Strategy and Execution

 

We sparked a conversation to go beyond the one-day celebration of Women’s Day with a short film that peeks into a woman’s daily life. The film highlighted a simple truth: the things we appreciate about a woman on March 8th are what she does every single day.

To amplify this message, we turned to social media with the hashtag #AajNahiRozHi. Encouraged people to share pictures of the women in their lives, expressing their gratitude through Instagram’s Add Yours feature. These heartfelt messages didn’t stay confined to just their phones but were put up on prominent digital billboards across Mumbai. Lastly, and as they say, walk the talk, every woman employee at Reliance General Insurance received a special photo cover. It wasn’t just a picture; it was a statement. The cover showcased not just her role but also the dedication she brings every day, not just for Women’s Day but for all the days to come.

The message resonated with our audience, content aggregators too picked up the story, spreading it further. Our campaign, a simple nudge for everyday appreciation, became a conversation starter, reminding everyone that every day is a chance to celebrate the remarkable women in our lives.
