Be a part of the end-to-end process of talent acquisition and recruitment for positions across different levels.
Manage resource planning, creating job descriptions, sourcing profiles from multiple channels, shortlisting, conducting 1st round of interviews, database management of current candidates and salary negotiation, sharing offer letters, etc
Conduct the induction process and build a positive onboarding experience for all the employees
Suggest and organise training for teams in coordination with the Mumbai team
Actively support in team’s grievance redressals to maintain good relations.
Be involved in managing and implementing relevant HR policies for the company
Coordinate and communicate actively with the other teams in the organisation to implement best practices
Be proactive in taking initiatives across verticals
