Launched www.socheers.com as India’s first social networking site

* The 2 co-founders, Mehul Gupta & Siddharth Devnani,  re-launched SoCheers as a full-fledged digital agency with 2 clients – Innofit & Soundlogic and 2 interns. 

* What started from a 3BHK, soon got a 1000 sq. ft. swanky glass building makeover - NGL, it’s an office to envy for.

* Celebrated our 1st Anniversary → 10 full-time employees → Bigger clients.

* Successful experimentation with drones for an online-offline activation for Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla. Along with the drones, our motivation took flight too 🙂

* Spreading wings to International waters with an interesting project for DBS, Singapore HQ. 

* Our portfolio in 3 points→  20+ retainer accounts → 50+ projects →  22+ full-time employees.

* Widened our Global clientele.

* Got Featured on Jagran Wall of Innovation for our Mee Mee & Pensol campaigns.  

* We did a little somersault when we saw our work on the city hoarding, part of our marketing campaign for Sunburn’17.

* Aaand we got enough employees to start our own league! The #SoCheersPremierLeague

* We said #Hi5ToSoCheers, not just because we completed 5 raging years, but also because…

* Won 3 Golds at Talent Track Awards - Our First! 

* The team grew so big that we had to choose Cricket for our 2nd Edition of #SoCheersPremierLeague

* Our chartbuster in 2018! In a multi-agency pitch, we won our first Amazon Prime Original’s ‘Comicstaan’. This marked our start of the Amazon journey, and we’ve never looked back. 

* Got featured in “India’s Best Startup Internship Programme” list by Internshala

* We officially declared this as an awarding year

  Integrated Marketing Agency of The Year at Agency Con - Indian Agency Awards 

  Brought home 2 elephants at Kyoorius for Mirzapur

  Added multiple awards to our shelf for Cipla, Study In India, Comicstaan, Mirzapur campaigns.

* Going international with our Awards, we won our first Webby Honoree for Comicstaan

* And walking down the green carpet at IIFA alongside the stars became common to us.

* Now space crunch no more, we said Hola to our 2 new offices! 

And just then….

The official lockdown began - yet work from home didn’t have anything on us as we continued to doll out campaigns, videos, released our branded GIFs & Stickers, onboarded new clients, virtually celebrated our 7th anniversary, won the Webby Honoree 2020 for Comicstaan Season 2, all this and much more, while still keeping the cheer on!
